- Please note that the available internship periods and offers differ between the September and April recruitements.

- For more information on the Exchange Platform, please see the offers published on IAESTE A.s.b.l..
- Administrative procedures and questions will be handled during the hours indicated on the Contact page. Please note that the IAESTE Japan office will not be able to respond outside of our office hours.
The application procedure will be changed to “online registration using a standardized form” starting on April 1, 2026. However, there will be no changes to the internship period, training content, application requirements, or other conditions. Please refer to the current Application Guidelines and related documents for details.
